Do I have to pay for my treatment?
Yes, Chiropractic is a private treatment, you will need to pay for your treatment unless you are covered by Private Medical Insurance (PMI) or a health cash plan, or live in an area where there is NHS-funded Chiropractic care.
Treatment through the NHS is not widely available at the moment, so it is a good idea to talk to your GP or Chiropractor to find out the situation in your area. If you have PMI, confirm with your provider that Chiropractic treatment is covered and tell the Chiropractor that this is how you will be paying of treatment.
How much does private Chiropractic care cost?
The prices our clinic currently charges from 1st January 2026:
Initial consultation (Patient History, Physical examination, Explanation of your findings,
including first treatment, £190.00 (45min)
Subsequent consultation (discussion and or manipulation, with or without any adjunct treatment), £100.00 (15-20min)
X-Rays (performed personally by Ashton Vice)
1 series (2 X/Rays of 1 body part) £170.00 (X/Ray report BY REQUEST, follows, via email, within 24 hrs-No Charge).
2 series (4 X/Rays of 2 body parts) £340.00 (X/Ray report BY REQUEST, follows, via email, within 24 hrs-No Charge).
Each additional X/Ray image, £70.00
Medical report: inclusive of history, physical examination, diagnostic test results, treatment and/or costs £35.00.
Uncancelled appointments: without 24 hours, (telephonic, in person or email) notice, uncancelled appointments will be charged for.
